 Cara Membuat Meja Besi di SAP2000

1. Buka Sofware SAP2000 

2. File > New Model > 3D Frames Type 

3. Centang Use Custom Grid Spacing and Locate Origin > Klik Edit Grid (Perhatikan Satuan gunakan N.mm.C)

4. Akan muncul Tabel Define Grid System Data > Centang Spacing > Isi (Grid x A=1000), (Grid y 1=2000), Grid z (z1=600, z2=300 , z=100) > Oke > Oke

5. Membuat matrian pilih Define > Metrial > Klik A992Fy50 > Modify/Show Material > Matrial Property Data isikan sbb :

a. Matrial Name and Display color = BJ34

b.Weight per unit volume = 7.697E-05 

c. Unit/Satuan = N,mm,C

d. Modulus Elastisitas = 200000

e. Minimum Yield Stress (Fy) = 210

f. Minimum Tensil Stress (Fu) = 340 

g. Expexted Yield Stress (Fye) = 210

h. Expexted Tensile Stress (Fue) = 340 > Oke

6. Membuat Matrial Frame caranya :

a. Define 

b. Section Properties > Frame Section > Frame Properties pilih Add New Property 

c. Add Frame Section Property pilih Pipe

d. Atur Circle sectionnya 

- Name : Pipe 7 

- Outside diameter = 166

- Wall thickness = 6

- Material pilih BJ43 > Oke

 

Ulangi buat Besi Pipa 6 inci caranya 

- Klik Pipe 7 yang sudah dibuat 

- Pilih Add copy property

- Masukan nama : Pipe 6

- Outside diameter = 140

- Wall thickness = 5

- Material pilih BJ43 > Oke

7. Pilih Frame 1,2,3,4 atau kaki mejanya , lalu pergi ke Menu Edit > Edit Line > Join Frame

8. Pilih lagi Frame 1,2,3,4 kaki meja tadi, lalu Assign > Frame Section > Pipe 7 > Apply > Oke

9. Pilih semua Frame Selain kaki meja, lalu Assign > Frame Section > Pipe 6 > Apply > Oke

10. Buat untuk menutup atas mejanya : Define > Area Section > Add New Section ;

a. Section name : Plate

b. Membrane : 50

c. Bending : 30 

d. Matrial name : BJ43 > Oke

10. Pilih Draw > Draw Poly Area > Buat dari Poin 1, Poin 2, Poin 3, Poin 4 Lalu Enter

11. Terakhir menampilkan meja dalam bentuk 3D caranya pilih VIEW > Set Display Option > General Option > Pilih Section > View Type Extrude > Apply > Oke
