Racism of Primitive Thought in the Millennium Century

The advancement of modern technology has not necessarily led to the advancement of human intelligence. This is evident in the continued belief that biological differences determine cultural or individual achievement, and that certain races are superior and have the right to control other races they deem inferior.

Ethnocentrism is not inherently a homogenous trait of modern development. The thinking of someone with xenophobia can lead to harmful actions, such as miscegenation of other races, and generalizations about certain groups that seem to categorize them based on specific groups, such as white and black.

Such attitudes are actually the primary drivers of social discrimination, segregation, social violence, genocide, and even colonialism. We agree that every ethnic group has the right to independence, which is the right of all nations on earth. We all agree that colonialism must be abolished. This aligns with the fundamental human principle of freedom and peace.

Racial issues should not be merely a campaign platform; rather, issues related to racism must be addressed as a natural human homogeneity created from diverse backgrounds, leading to an acculturation that can create peace by prioritizing mutual respect and appreciation.

A progressive-minded person should be more sensitive to all human differences as something natural. Why? Because, if we study it, every human being is fundamentally different, even if they were born at the same time in the womb of a woman. For example, two people born at the same time are commonly called twins. If we examine them more closely, we will find that they definitely have differences. The most fundamental thing that proves that every human being is different is their fingerprints. Just try it. Every human being has unique fingerprints, and this has been proven by current science.

As a generation in the millennium, we should avoid primitive attitudes and traits such as racism and intolerance, which assume that certain races have significant influence. In fact, all races, regardless of race, as long as they need shelter, food, drink, clothing, and a mind, are still considered human.

In principle, all people throughout the world have equal rights—human rights, which are part of humanism or a sense of shared humanity, regardless of skin color or the like. If we believe in the One Almighty God, isn't that right? We must certainly have the same awareness that all humans on this earth descended from two humans: Adam and Eve.

So, in short, why should racist thoughts still linger in human minds? Such thoughts only distance human homogeneity to tolerate each other, and in fact distance us from peace and human well-being.
